Compensation: $35 to $42 per hour
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (EST)
Duration: 4-month contract with potential for extension

Position Overview
We're seeking an enthusiastic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Coordinator to join our team. This role will support our DEI initiatives and manage day-to-day tasks related to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders and members
- Collaborate with procurement and accounts payable to ensure timely processing of ERG and DEI-related invoices
- Establish and maintain regular meeting schedules for DEI-related discussions
- Promptly respond to requests for DEI data and information
- Coordinate with the events team to organize participation in DEI and recruiting events
- Support the Head of DEI in developing resource guides, documentation, data reports, and updating DEI intranet pages
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-8 years of experience as a DEI Coordinator or Diversity Recruiter in a global company
- Proven track record in supporting global teams and managing DEI projects
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze and interpret demographic data
- Experience in explaining DEI findings to supervisors and stakeholders
- Well-rounded global DEI perspective
- Excellent communication skills with a high degree of empathy and professional maturity
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive situations
- Experience in working with AP and procurement teams
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Highly organized with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and adept at working in a remote environment
- Warm relationship builder with sharp execution skills
- Experience in supporting ERGs and coordinating DEI/recruiting events
